All prices in this online shop do not include shipping cost.
All orders are dispatched directly from our design studio in Bali, Indonesia .We strive to dispatch all orders within three business days, from Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not process orders during the weekends and on public holidays.
Delivery date is determined by the chosen shipping service and it's important to remember that the estimated delivery time excludes customs processing, as this aspect is beyond our control. We want to emphasize that nikasgotsoul is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
.For international orders, it's important to be aware that certain countries may impose additional duties and taxes upon the arrival of your package. To get a clear understanding of whether these duties and taxes apply to your order, we recommend reaching out to your local customs authority or customs office in your country. They can provide you with specific information regarding any potential charges that might be associated with your international purchase.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, it does not mean the package will be returned safely to us ,in some cases the goods will be destroyed..We can not be held liable for refunding customers in this case. If we do receive a refused parcel back at our warehouse we will always deduct re-importation tax from any refund owed. Please note the original postage fee is non refundable

Cancelled Order
If you wish to cancel or change an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at nikasgotsoul@gmail.com. We will attempt to accommodate your request.
All orders are final once they have been processed through checkout for shipping.
No further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.
RETURN
PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER AND OUR SIZE GUIDE CAREFULLY TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE CORRECT ITEM/SIZE/FIT FOR YOU
.We accept returns ordered on nikasgotsoul.com within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice for non sale items. The costs of this are at your expense, unless you did not order this article and it was a mistake on our part.
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings are final and cannot be returned.
Our product will be sent from Bali, Indonesia and it will be return to Bali, Indonesia as well.
Customers based in Indonesia can return items for free.
Products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition with original tags included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and import tax to Indonesia. We recommend a tracked or ‘signed for’ service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.
Return parcels must always be clearly marked 'Return to sender - children's clothing' for customs purposes.
It is the sender's responsibility to fill customs documentation in correctly. Incorrectly labelled returns can result in incorrect duty or VAT on re-importation. In the event nikasgotsoul is incorrectly charged to receive return goods this value will be deducted from the customers return value.
Refusal to pay duties or refusal to accept a package does not mean the package will be returned safely to us.
We can not be held liable for refunding customers in this case. If we do receive a refused parcel back at our warehouse we will always deduct re-importation tax from any refund owed. We will also deduct the associated costs from our fulfilment company who charge to receive and unpack the parcel and fold goods and return items back into warehouse stock.
