Where are your products shipped from?

All orders are dispatched directly from our design studio in Bali, Indonesia.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL for international orders and JNE for domestic Indonesian orders.

What are the shipping fees?

  • Indonesia: Free shipping on all orders.
  • International: US$15 flat rate. Orders over US$250 qualify for free shipping.

How long does delivery take?

We strive to dispatch all orders within three business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times vary based on destination and do not include customs processing times.

Do you ship to PO box addresses?

No, we do not offer shipping to PO box addresses.

Are there any countries you do not ship to?

Yes, we do not ship to: Burma, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, and remote rural destinations.

What about customs duties and taxes?

For international orders, certain countries may impose additional duties and taxes upon the arrival of your package. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for specific information.

What happens if I refuse to pay import taxes or duties?

If you choose to reject the parcel, it may not be returned safely to us and could be destroyed. We cannot be held liable for refunding customers in this case. If we do receive a refused parcel back, any re-importation tax and associated costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note the original postage fee is non-refundable.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at customercare@nikasgotsoul.com. We will attempt to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed through checkout for shipping, no further changes can be made.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for non-sale items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in unused, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging, and include a copy of the invoice.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Who covers the cost of returns?

  • Indonesia: Customers can return items for free.
  • International: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import taxes to Indonesia.

How should I label my return package?

Return parcels must be clearly marked as 'Return to sender - children's clothing' for customs purposes. Incorrect labeling may result in additional duties or VAT, which will be deducted from your refund.

What if I refuse to pay duties or decline the package?

Refusing to pay duties or accepting the package does not guarantee its return to us. If we receive a refused parcel back, any re-importation tax and associated costs will be deducted from your refund.

Sizing & Care

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

How should I care for the garments?

We recommend gentle machine wash with cold water and air drying to maintain fabric quality and longevity.

How should I wash and dry crochet garments?

We recommend hand washing your crochet garments in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent, or using a delicate mesh bag on a gentle machine cycle. After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and lay the garment flat on a clean towel to reshape and dry it — this helps maintain its form and prevents stretching. Avoid wringing or hanging the garment, as it may lose its shape or snag.
