Taking proper care of rubber-printed clothing or items is essential to maintain the quality and appearance of the print. Rubber prints are often found on some of our garments. Here are some tips on how to care for rubber prints:

  1. Wash Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out before washing. This helps protect the rubber print from friction and abrasion during the washing cycle.
  2. Use Cold Water: Wash rubber-printed items in cold water. Cold water is gentler on prints and helps prevent the rubber from cracking or peeling. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the print.
  3. Choose a Gentle Cycle: Select a gentle cycle on your washing machine, such as a delicate or hand wash cycle. Use a mild detergent to prevent damage to the rubber print.
  4. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners when washing rubber-printed clothing, as these can damage the print.
  5. Air Dry or Low Heat: It's best to air dry rubber-printed items. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting or a no-heat air-dry option to prevent the rubber from melting or cracking due to high heat.
  6. Avoid Ironing Directly: Do not iron the rubber print directly. If the garment needs ironing, turn it inside out and use a low-heat setting. Place a cloth or parchment paper between the iron and the print to protect it.
